Subject: I was wondering about your computer club page

Hi there,

I just wanted to drop you a quick note after I visited your page.  This is probably way out of left field, but I work as a tutor for the library system out here, and they also have me working on their internal wiki page.  I am working on putting together a page about computers and networking and I found your page while looking for some online resources.  It's so great that there are people on the net that are trying to pass along actual educational info instead of the usual useless drivel one finds on the net  hahaha :-)

Just out of curiosity, how long have you had this page on
http://www.tarncourt.co.uk/outwoodcomputerclub/links-index.htm? I've never run across it before.

Anyway, I have been using this resource for the library  http://free.antivirusware.com/articles/wifi-bluetooth.htm
It's a great resource page about wifi and bluetooth security and I kind of think it would make a really great link to add to your page.  I'm no pro webmaster or anything, but I think it would be great supplemental info to what you already have and you should put it up.  Drop me a line and let me know what you think.

Thanks for your time!

Take care!

Sincerely,
Gen Carter

Hi Genevieve,
Thank you for your email and apologies for the delay in my reply ... I have taken a look at the information you suggested AND your web pages.

I have added BOTH to the 'Topics' page, (link in navigation bars), on www.outwoodcomputerclub.co.uk
The topics listing is in alphabetical order and your information is under 'Antivirus' towards the top of the listing (note the TWO links).  [one to THIS page added later]

This club was set up in April, this year, with a view to helping people 'get into' the use of computers.
Currently, the club is averaging about 24 members on Wednesday evenings from 7:30 pm to 9:00 / 9:30pm.

Thank you for your kind comments - we may be in touch again ??

Regards,
Melvin (Mel) Ashton - provisional webmaster
[note that you came in via 'the back door' since the web pages are stored on my 'tarncourt' web hosting (by 123-reg)]
