The Japanese have finally revealed a mystery for you.

How does the small arrow on your computer monitor work when you move the mouse?

Haven't you ever wondered how it works?

Now, through the miracle of high technology, you can see how it is done. With the aid of a screen magnifying lens, the mechanism becomes apparent.

Click on the link below and you will find out. The image may take a minute or two to download (even though the web page may indicate 'done').

When it appears, slowly move your mouse UNDER the light grey circle (magnifying glass) and you will see the mouse arrow mechanism.  Also try 'clicking' the mouse.

Ah So .........

NOW I see how it work !!  (Mel Ashton 9th July, 2007)

as usual - keep your sound up, but ......

'Mouse Arrow' is a large 'Macromedia Flash' file - slow to download:

If you don't have 'Macromedia Flash' Player - close the (new) window and download it here (free).
(rather than the Japanese prompt you will otherwise get).

Another comment about the mouse (not the arrow).
