Open Maps, (new window), Maximize and 'Refresh' the page before attempting to:

Click & Drag Map, Use Slider to Zoom, Toggle between Map, Satellite & Hybrid Options

'Get Directions'  (Map & Listing) if desired by entering 'start' address or post code

'Refresh' the page to return to original map, 'Close' (X) the window to return here

(click on the small blue arrows - top left of the maps - to remove / restore the text pane)
