Directions:
From Leeds on the A61 towards Wakefield;
Pass through Lofthouse and Outwood - turn first left after the Victoria Pub onto Grey Street;
then take first RIGHT onto Grey Court;
then SECOND RIGHT onto Tarn Court (a narrow brick paved cul-de-sac);
No 1 is the first house on left  (a small turning circle a few yards further on).

From Wakefield on the A61 towards Leeds;
Continue to Newton Hill passing a car sales 'garage' on RIGHT;

Take the SECOND right after the 'garage' onto Grey Street (Silver Street is first right);
then take first RIGHT onto Grey Court;
then SECOND RIGHT onto Tarn Court (a narrow brick paved cul-de-sac);
No 1 is the first house on left  (a small turning circle a few yards further on);

The larger shopping areas of Wakefield or Leeds are very convenient, especially by bus or train so as not to face the modern parking dilemma. The local bus route is less than five minute’s walk, Outwood train station is about one mile away which makes commuting a snip.

Leeds is 10 minutes and Wakefield 5 minutes. No traffic queues, no parking costs. From Leeds or Wakefield express trains can take you anywhere in the country.
