Mel's results when trying Microsoft XL Remote Access

Enter the remote computer's email address and select 'Invite this person'

Enter your name or 'Your Virtual Technician', etc and the desired session time (default is 1hr)

Type & confirm a password - recipient will require this password
(a password is not essential but it aids security)

Waiting for an answer from remote computer

email received by remote computer (with Mel's sarci comments)

Resulting error screen - as always !  (remote computer)

Meanwhile .... on the host computer ... 'waiting for the response from remote computer' !!!!

Status shows 'session open' and previous attempts (expired)

Troubleshooting information - I've tried turning firewalls off
