Cannot connect to internet - stuck in a loop  ....
'Reciva Radio ARM Powered' ....
'Initialising network' ....
'Connecting to network'

Hi anyone who can help with this problem ? Please contact me from email link below ....

A 'Google' web search reveals that many people have this problem .....
this radio worked reasonably well until I changed from a bt business account back to a BT residential account in June, 2011 - new BT Hub etc.

If I remove the secure access, the radio can be connected - though easily reverts to the above loop.  Latest firmware is downloaded.
