Trent and Mersey,
Staffs and Worcester to Stourport.
River Severn to Gloucester.
Gloucester and Sharpness.
Sharpness onto Severn and down to Portishead to wait for tide,
Portishead to Avonmouth ....
Official figures from VTS for that short stretch were "Moderate sea, force six to seven." Avonmouth to Bristol, K&A to Reading,
Return home for a week and then up the Thames, Oxford Coventry T&M, Trent and back to Blue water.
