Open Map, (new window), Maximize and 'Refresh' the page before attempting to:

Click & Drag Map, Use Slider to Zoom, Toggle between Map, Satellite & Hybrid Options

'Get Directions'  (Map & Listing) if desired by entering 'start' address or post code

'Refresh' the page to return to original map, 'Close' (X) the window to return here

(click on the small blue arrow to the left of the map to remove / restore the text pane)
