Hi Mel,

Here are some pictures of when we were in Cuba in January (2009). As you can see in the first picture there is no ceiling in their house, that went when the roof was blown off by hurricane Ike.
Diamela, Ofelia's eldest daughter, lost her house completely and is now living with her husband and two children at her parents house until her Father builds her a new one.
 
They really have nothing but they seem happy.
